🎳 Is Cod Ghosts Campaign Good
Call of Duty: Ghosts: The black sheep of the Call of Duty franchise, Call of Duty: Ghosts is one of the easiest games to beat on Veteran difficulty. With the ability to slide past enemies and lean
IW is the best game this gen and catered to players with skill unlike Ghosts which felt like it was catered to the most casual of casuals. The campaign is significantly better but extinction is the only thing I would’ve liked to have seen in IW’s base game from Ghosts. The only games I’d say are worse than Ghosts post CoD4 are BO4 and AW.
Modern Warfare 3 has a cute Riley Easter egg. Click to enlarge. Once the dog has been petted, it generates a nametag, and those familiar with Call of Duty Ghosts will feel a warm sense of nostalgia. Riley is the popular dog who was an integral part and a playable character in the Ghosts Campaign, breaking our hearts as he sniffs out bombs
I think that Ghosts is a good game in general. The campaign was awesome, extinction was something new and multiplayer mechanics were amazing. Except for HUGE maps that made it hard to find people, CoD Ghosts is actually a good game.
All of this in a bundle today would cost anywhere between $15-$25, whereas these bundles only cost $1.99 back then. That’s anywhere between a 750-1200% markup. Character packs like the god tier Resistance Pack were only $3.99 whereas a pack with more than 2 character skins today would be $25 bare minimum.
Ghosts came right after the very popular Black Ops II, so fans were primed to buy anything Call of Duty released at the time of Ghosts launch. That game introduced some new concepts, like being able to play as a German Shepherd in the campaign, but fans were also slightly disappointed with its recycled use of the campaign's format and structure.
Ghosts was a lot better of a game than the majority of the community gave it credit for being. It was a very unique experience at the time that had a solid campaign. Extinction was a fun, challenging take on the Zombies experience that was unlike anything we’ve seen since. Multiplayer introduced several changes that are absolutely beloved in
Conclusion: In conclusion, while there is no set answer for how long it takes to complete CoD Ghosts Campaign, on average it takes about 6-8 hours. However, factors such as playstyle, difficulty level, and completing optional objectives can all play a role in how long it takes to complete the game. If you’re someone who enjoys a good first
Good campaign but most cod players only care about mp. Honestly the multi-player was ok but I think it was too ambitious for the time. Maps were large and had partial destructibility, which was cool at first but got a little annoying after people found all of the "map changing" things and started doing them in the first 30 seconds to get it out
The AW campaign was really good in comparison to most of the ones we have had in the past. Ghosts campaign was good, too, but it ended in a cliffhanger that is obviously not being resolved any time soon.
It’s not a good COD, and it was the worst campaign in the series until BOIII came out. I’m guessing most people who liked Ghosts were kids when it came out because if you had been old enough to see the trajectory and scope of the series at that point you understood the disappointment it brought.
That's a good point. One-two more and I'm taking it. Besides, you seem to have over 1k hours of gameplay in COD Ghosts multiplayer, while so many other gamers hate it.
The futuristic ones are coincidentally the best campaigns IMO: Advanced Warfare. Black Ops 2. Infinite Warfare. Infinite Warfare is my favorite, but BOII is hella underrated for how good it's campaign and story is AND because it's actually a branching storyline with several different developments/outcomes.
Call of Duty: Ghosts does a good job on all accounts. The single player eventually goes in a direction which I liked and enjoyed, while the multiplayer holds onto what it does best, with a few tweaks to the formula. It even manages to straddle the generational divide quite well, even though the current machines suffer badly in comparison.
Call of Duty 2: it has some of the best open battles of all the franchise. Call of duty 4 Modern Warfare: the most down to earth of all the modern entries. Call of duty World at War: russian campaign is good, american not so much. Call of duty Infinite Warfare: if liked Titanfall 2 you will definitely like this.
